We are thrilled to announce that we were named in Boring Money’s latest awards, winning the prestigious ‘Best Buy Pension’, ‘Best Buy ISA’ and ‘Best Buy JISA’ awards for 2024.

Plus, we also won the new value for Money kitemark award.

It’s been a great start to the year for us, with Moneyfarm being recognised across the industry. We started the year by being named YourMoney.com Awards  for the ‘Best Investment ISA – Medium Portfolio’ for the second consecutive year and then were named as one of the 1,000 Fastest Growing Companies in Europe by the Financial Times.

We hope that these achievements are testament to the hard work of our team and your loyalty as Moneyfarm clients. We’d like to thank any Moneyfarm clients who participated in the selection process and reviews, and we hope there are more awards to come!

What are the Boring Money Awards?

For six years, the Boring Money Best Buy Awards have been recognising the best investment providers in the UK.

Their awards are the result of months of independent research, including 30+ live accounts, 100s of hours of call centre testing, rigorous cost analysis from our team of in-house analysts, and over 15,000 real customer reviews – all to determine the very best providers on the market.

Featured in ads on the tube, on brand homepages and even in the national press, our Best Buy Awards are recognised by the industry and investors alike as a badge of honour for the providers who win our hard-won seal of approval.

How do they choose the winners?

The Boring Money Best Buy Awards take their in-house team of analysts over eight weeks to research in their recognise all-round excellence.

They are compiled using a range of criteria which they think represent a comprehensive customer experience, including:

  • Over 15,000 customer reviews
  • Website analysis and logged-in testing from our live test accounts
  • Feature testing across a wide range of criteria
  • Detailed cost analysis for different portfolio sizes and trading assumptions
  • Customer service testing for call centres and support
